This hotel is a low budget hotel for travellers who want something cheap and cheerful but also with a great service. The owner looked after me by letting me select my room and keeping my bike and bags safe before check in and after checkout. The rooms have all the things that you need and they are beautifully warm, especially now in the winter. They have good cleanliness and the staff goes above and beyond to help you. The staff are the real star of the hotel. To be honest, I went because I wanted to use the pool and spa facilities however the only thing that worked well was the sauna. The steam room was never steamy enough; in fact it was cold. The pool was very shallow for kids only and the Jacuzzi was cold. The outdoor pool was closed for winter. So I only used the sauna once. Apart from that, I would go back to the hotel because it was in a nice location and again the staff were absolutely fantastic. There is no breakfast facilities and there’s only one little fridge for all the guests to use if they need it. It being a cheap hotel, it accommodated for people on low incomes and there were lots of different people around from various backgrounds; Overall I felt safe as a solo traveller and as a woman and I would go again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was lovely, and my girlfriend especially enjoyed the pool. The service was great, and the location was perfect – close to everything we needed. We'd definitely stay here again. They also had a TV with Netflix, which was a nice bonus
My family and I had a wonderful stay at Crofton House Hotel. We were greeted with a warm welcome at reception, which set the tone for the rest of our visit. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The hotel’s facilities are excellent — the indoor and outdoor pools, spa, terrace, jacuzzi, bbq facilities, and garden area made our stay extra relaxing. The location is also ideal, less than a 10-minute walk to the town centre. Great value for money — I would fully recommend staying here and would happily return!
